How We Do It

The APEX program distills the elements of leadership into a simple, compelling process. Based on Everything DiSC, APEX identifies how DiSC style influences a leader’s approach. APEX focuses on understanding how your tendencies as a leader influence your effectiveness in a variety of leadership situations. Participants are provided with specific and customized strategies, increasing their ability to perform the three essential responsibilities of a leader: crafting a vision, building alignment with that vision, and championing execution.

The APEX format

APEX is designed as a half-day program for between 15 – 30 participants from across your organization. Your leaders will benefit from engaging in small and larger group activities, multi-media, and guided facilitation.
